How to request a refund

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email support@derdiedasgame.com with the email address you used at checkout.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is processed, the refunded packs are removed from your purchase record. If you restore your packs after a refund, the refunded packs will no longer unlock.
